Order
Do I need an account to make an order?
Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. This allows us to collect the necessary contact and shipping details for your purchase.
Where is my Order?
Go to the “Orders” section under “My Account” to view your order and tracking details. For assistance, you can message us through the chatbot located at the lower right side of the website.
How do I know if you receive my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation summary sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us through the chatbot.
Can I change my order?
Yes, customers can still change their order before it has been dispatched. For same-day delivery orders, please request changes before receiving confirmation that their order has been shipped.

Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days within Metro Manila and 5 to 14 working days for provincial areas.
Payment
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment is required to place an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards, direct bank transfer, Paypal and GCash.
Experience problems paying?
Please try an alternative payment method or contact us at customercare@wharton.ph. Our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please note that once your cancellation is confirmed, your payment will be processed for a refund, which may take a few business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, please contact us at customercare@wharton.ph. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
When will I receive my new item?
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
How to know if the item is eligible for a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding its status and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
When will my refund reflect in my account?
Refunds are usually processed after approval and will be reflected in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time. If it still doesn’t appear after this, please reach out to us at customercare@wharton.ph for assistance.
