Something wrong with your order?

If there is an issue with your order, please inspect the item upon receipt and send a message through our chatbot within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

How do I return my order?

To start a return, please contact us at customercare@wharton.ph. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

How can I check refund eligibility?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding its status and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

When will my refund reflect in my account?

Refunds are usually processed after approval and will be reflected in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time. If it still doesn’t appear after this, please reach out to us at customercare@wharton.ph for assistance.
