W Leather Bi-Fold Wallet

The product looks and feels like it really is made from high quality materials. It looks classic and sleek. However, it took a long time before it was delivered. When I emailed, I didn't get any reply. I had to message on various social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram) just to get an update on the status of the item. I hope that the store could improve their customer service because their items are worth the price.
